Beenleigh Train Station

Beenleigh is a railway station on the Beenleigh Line of Brisbane, Australia. It is part of the Queensland Rail City network. It is the terminus for the Beenleigh Line. From 1889 to 1964 it was a stop on the South Coast Line and since 1996 has served as a stop on the Gold Coast Line.

Location

Beenleigh station is located in southern end of the Logan City municipality. It is in a transition precinct between Zone 7 and Zone 8 of the TransLink integrated public transport system. The station is directly adjacent to the Beenleigh Marketplace Shopping Centre, and is also a hub for many bus services heading towards the Logan Hyperdome, and many residential suburbs of the surrounding area.
